If the numbers build, I would really like to see OWS address directly, face to face, Congress in the very least. It's important that the rest of the country see that this is not just another Tea Party political party, but real people who are tired of this mess. I don't support the current system as that it has created the vacuum whereby the privileged have taken over and ruined lives and the welfare of the country/world, and I don't think simply changing leaders will do anything. But, the government needs to be confronted as well as the aristocracy does, and while they sit and watch these events on television and briefings, nothing brings the righteous anger and indignation of the masses home to the ones in charge as confronting in their halls.
I agree that Washington needs to know what we expect from them. 100% publicly financed political process. I think we should go more public and official with this. They need to get it! They really have nothing to lose, because they will all be in the same boat with their opponents, with no outside money. There is already some support in Congress for this. Of course, the BIG money always kills it. I don't know if this has all the right details, but it is a start and it proves, there is support in government.

Perhaps if the government knew what we wanted, they would all run to join our parade. What is their alternative? We have the numbers to vote them out next election. Hopefully anyway! Going public and official should increase our numbers. Making this a campaign issue increases the likelihood of success I would think! What do we have to lose by going public and official? We have numbers, we have most public opinion already on our side. Except the ones that have no idea this protest even exists. But going public helps with that too! I just don't see a downside.
When OWS realizes that the demands and issues it has can only be resolved by citizens demanding their states call for an article 5 convention, then they will have enabled America to OVERIDE congress,-------
FORGET addressing this group. They've already shown they will not uphold the law of the land.
If you are in America, and don't understand this, time to start asking WHY because is democratic control over the constitution.-
