Yes IT IS A BIG DEAL
Yes people should be impeached and lose their jobs for this.
Yes the CIA should be criminally investigated for this.
The ACLU is 100% right with their lawsuit yet a corrupt government continually trying to cover it's tracks have again abused authority to have these lawsuits banished.

They sometimes suspend police or have resignations when police go beyond and kill the bad guy. What if an officer shot the bad guy's son entering a home for a search warrant and the dad wasn't home and the kid posed no threat?
Why are these situations treated differently?
