I would urge a fond farewell from everyone for a true fighter for the least among us. I can only hope that another will rise to take his place.

Good health to you in retirement Sen. Harkin and thanks for your tireless efforts.

A progressive from a different era. He made the right enemies and fought for the 99% before we found our voice.

Let's hope his efforts are not dismantled by those who think like Paul.

I truly believe the country is on the verge of a left turn progressive era. In which case his efforts will be built on. WE are gonna by the vanguard for that change.

Mr. Paul is doing whatever he can to dismantle this mans work for the 99%.

Time will tell.

In addition to urging its members to appeal all adverse rulings, the Chamber is taking its own measures to challenge NLRB actions that occurred even before Obama’s January 2012 appointments. Relying upon the sweeping and unsupported reasoning of the decision – which suggests that hundreds of recess appointments made over the last 150 years are unconstitutional – the Chamber is seeking to invalidate 2011 union rules issued by the NLRB.

Rand Paul HATES this guy and I'm sure he's glad to see him retire.

Now Rand can put those gimps back in their place.
