Agreeing on something, if true, isn't significant. Agreeing to act upon something, is.
really - it is amazing - if you look at almost any kvetch here -
GMO is one of hundreds -
they all are rooted in EXACTLY ONE place

To address GMO specifically, imaginge what would happen to this issue if monsanto could not con tribute ( BUY ) our political system.
We must sever capitalism from democracy. HJR29 may be our best choice.

Our primary goal should be to elect representatives who support a constitutional amendment to reverse the Supreme Court decision Citizens United (2010) , that enables unlimited amounts of anonymous money to flood into our political system.
We don’t have to explain or persuade people to accept our position – we only have to persuade them to ACT based on their own position. Pursuing this goal will prove to the world that we, at OWS, are a serious realistic movement, with serious realistic goals. Achieving this goal will make virtually every other goal – jobs, taxes, infrastructure, Medicare – much easier to achieve –

True - true - one should not want to be eating mutagens - without 1st knowing. Right?
Another site, someone mentioned that 91% of Americans agree that Congress is full of BS.
91% of Americans don't elect all of the congressman, so their opinions don't matter. 91% of Americans are only responsible for the election of a single congressman from their district. That's the only place where their opinion matters and so long as that congressman has the 51% approval of that district, Congress as a whole has roughly at least a 51% approval.
It is true that the current congress has less then 10% approval rating with the public ( The People ). Basically they are a congress in revolt/treason. Those identifiable corp(se)oRATists anyway.
The gun grabbers tried to sell the public on the lie that 90% of Americans support Universal Background Checks.
I'm not at all against background checks, nor cooling off periods before purchase.
I am against corporations blatantly lying to their consumer base, and infiltrating the regulatory bodies that are supposed to be protecting the people.
