Watch all the videos and you should be able to see who it was... In the one video I saw, you can see the canister coming out of the the police line on the viewers far right, and the far left of the line of cops. One sheriffs uniform is clearly labeled, and it came from his area, but behind him i think judging by the arc.

So sad that they get to cover their faces & badges and be unaccountable.

What kind of America is this?

The reward is "no questions asked".

Identity of those seeking the reward can be kept secret. Who in the Oakland Police Department wants $1000? Better hurry! His name will be found out sooner or later. He's on YouTube.

received a bad-conduct discharge from the U.S. Marine Corps pleaded guilty to conspiring to buy, possess, distribute and use the prescription painkiller Percocet with other Marines in his Camp.

HE HIT HIMSELF IN THE FACE WITH THAT Thing and started acting he got injured while other guy unknown (could be his friend) threw a flash grenade from behind cops so that protesters could think that thrown by police you can see that clearly in any video in youtube

Honorable policemen should come forth and point out this guy.

Anonymity and a thousand dollars is just icing on the cake.
