Why Occupy tolerates Tim Pool is something that baffles me.
We Are change is more or less the John Birch Youth. They are aligned with Alex Jones also. They are far right. They are not Occupy.
Alex Jones, with whom at least Rudkowski collaborates, alternates between attacking and trying to co-opt Occupy.
Police repression is wrong, even if is aimed at them, but they are not Occupy.
Of course police repression is wrong and I would never agree that it should be tolerated. That said I observed Alex Jones' behavior when OWS was started and your comment nailed it. Glad to see someone else noticed. Thanks for the reply.

Although I think Alex Jones is a goober, he has been out protesting some of the same things as OWS for a hell of a lot longer we have. Not saying that gives him any ground to co-opt Occupy though, which I doubt he's really trying to do.

Most of them turn to Libertarianism because that's simply their rallying point. Try starting a dialogue with people that doesn't include "-isms", you might find more common ground than you think.
I have for many years, this is why I have come to this conclusion. They are a branch of the far right. Take a close look at Ron Paul, Koch brothers and one the people who help cause this disaster we are suffering from Alan Greenspan.
I don't think you have come to the right conclusion. These three+ people you just mentioned aren't closely related. Ron Paul and Alan Greenspan come from completely different schools of thought.

Yeah...except for the endless spamming of Noam Chomsky every other post. Which most everyone seems to tolerate. It's only 'spam' because you don't agree with it. Or you dislike messenger, and therefore dismiss the message entirely regardless of the content.

I guess that was the first time I'd seen that particular link though. I agree if the same person posts the same, unrelated link in everything they post it's definitely spam.
just because i do not want to retype what ive already stated on my blog doesnt make it spam...Also, at least all my ideas and thoughts are original.. I don't go around regurgitating Chomsky.. no disrespect for him, but this is what breaks the movement in a sense of people not being able to respect another opinion... we are all on here because we obviously want change.... and until you can respect the opinion of others without a negative backlash you will continue being ignorant

Yes, OWS has been co-opted by America's finest conspiracy theorists. Sad indeed. Just look at this site, they're lame threads are never moderated. On a logical level, OWS is already dead.
OWS is already dead is a phrase many of the PaulBearers and Alex Jones nuts used at the very beginning of this movement.
