The world's oil prices would not affect US if we didn't need to import oil to make up for that which is exported. But the corporations that own the government want to sell their products at the highest profit. So fuck US - export our oil and raise our prices too. What we the people need to survive we need to do on a non profit basis. Communitize energy, medicine and pharma, the FIRE sector including banking, mass communications and transportation. Eliminate all billionaires by confiscation of all wealth over ten million for use by we the people who do all the real work that creates it.
Wake UP! I predict majorities will awaken to the threat that extreme concentration of wealth poses to the survival of the human race. Soon, I hope, people will realize that all production of goods and provision of services required for the support of our existence must be done of, by and for ourselves on a non-profit basis. It's obvious that the Capitalists who own and control the means of production today will only ever act in their own self interest without regard to the well being of we, the people who do the real work [until AI replaces US] from which they extract their wealth. Minimally - The entire FIRE sector, Medicine and Pharmaceuticals, the Energy Industry, Housing, Food production and distribution, Mass Transportation and Communications must be taken from greed directed private ownership and controlled by we, the people who have always created the entire economy by our labor. It's time we own our works. If professional and managerial classes cooperate with us they may still be paid well above average. Only the parasitic non working investor/owners must be stripped of all power and wealth and cease to exist as a class. A. G. Kaiser
